How do I personalize my ornament?
Choose your ornament, fill in the personalization fields on its product page, and check the spelling and year before adding it to your bag. Available names, dates, and messages vary by design.
How many names can I add?
Each design has its own space for personalization. Choose a family size that fits your group and use the fields shown on the product page. For a larger family, browse our family of 10+ ornaments.
Can I order several ornaments with different names?
Yes. Personalize the first ornament and add it to your bag, then repeat for each different set of names. Check each item’s details in your bag before checking out. Increasing the quantity of one item means ordering more copies with those same details.
Can I request a different message or a special layout?
Please contact us before ordering if your request does not fit the fields provided. We’ll help you check whether the design has enough room before you place your order.
Will my ornament look exactly like the photo?
The product photo shows the design you are choosing. Your names and other details make it personal, so lettering and placement can vary. Colors may also look slightly different on different screens.
Shipping & delivery
When will my order ship?
We ship the next business day after you place your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping is when your package leaves us; delivery takes additional time.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service. Our next-business-day shipping promise does not mean next-day delivery. If you need an ornament for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can help you check the timing.
Can you guarantee delivery before Christmas or another special date?
Please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline. Shipping the next business day helps get your keepsake on its way, but carrier transit times can vary, especially during the holidays.
How much is shipping?
Review the shipping charge shown at checkout before completing your order. If you have a question about shipping to your address, get in touch before ordering.
Gifts & little extras
Can I add a gift box?
Yes. You can add a gift box from your shopping bag before checkout for $5.99 per box, when available. It is optional and appears as a separate item in your bag.
Where can I find ornaments for a particular person or occasion?
Use Shop all collections at the top of the website. You can browse family, baby, couples, pets, kids, new home, sports, hobbies, and more, plus stockings and gift packaging.
Help with your order
Can I change my personalization or shipping address after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correction. Because we ship the next business day, we may already be working on your order. Changes are not guaranteed once personalization or shipping is underway.
What if my ornament arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a personalization issue?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at shopnorthpoleornaments@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the ornament and packaging so we can review what happened and help.
Can I return a personalized ornament?
Our return policy excludes personalized and other custom items, as well as sale items and gift cards. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue. Other eligible items may be submitted for a return request within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions in our full return policy. Contact us before sending anything back.
